The Department of Management was founded in 1997 as the first department of the Faculty of Economics and Management. The first students graduated in 2002. 179 students are currently enrolled in the department, including students in the preparatory course.
The Department of Management offers Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctorate programs.
Our faculty complete research, work on projects about relevant themes with other organizations, hold seminars and business meetings, participate at national and international conferences, collaborate with other universities and enterprises, and also participate at different cultural events.
The main goal of the Department of Management is to prepare specialists in business management who have the necessary theoretical knowledge and skills to create, manage, pursue their own affairs and practice self-improvement and self-education.
This is why the Department of Management offers an academic program oriented towards preparing managers of the highest levels and specialists for private and government sectors. Our graduates are responsible and competitive, are able to carry out research and complete projects using statistical and mathematical software or information technology, and are able to make optimal decisions under pressure.

The business department aims at educating and training graduates, who have entrepreneurial and managerial skills to set up their own businesses; those who are able to manage their own learning after formal education; who are able to analyze current business issues and bring solution to these issues; who respect social, cultural and ethical values; who can use computer technology and programs effectively. To serve these goals, our department pays special attention to provide students with necessary academic personal skills in contemporary international standards. In order to combine theoretical knowledge and practical skills, our department has organized various academic and social activities.
